Entering Serafini’s house and studio opens a window to a different world. Everything around you bears the touch of Serafini’s personality and art. You get totally enthralled by his eccentric works beaming with creativity and fascination. Luigi is so modest and kind, welcoming, and open that it is almost difficult to imagine where his art originates.

When he was telling me the story of the Codex, (I love this book with its mind-blowing drawings!!) I tried to imagine the fantasy world he was describing and I almost envied him for being able to embark on this incredible journey…in his own mind!

The Codex Serafinianum is a must that we all should have at home!
