Sparkly, lively, energetic, and welcoming Maddalena opens the doors to her unique home. Set in an amazing old building dating back to the 1300s her workshop is stunning. You feel like you were taken back in time…the room with armor and old furniture, the one where Maddalena’s great grandfather used to make the colors, where you can still see all the minerals and the apparatus he used to create them…so fascinating! Every object tells a story about Maddalena’s family and their art in stained glass painting. She is so proud to continue the family tradition and you can feel her deep passion when she talks about it. It’s so sweet to see her working next to her mother, each of them lost in their thoughts and silence but at the same time so close to each other.
