Upon entering Michele’s workshop, you are immediately captured by the staggering amount of objects on the shelves, mostly memories of his father, the great master. From him, he learned everything he knows and inherited this unbridled passion for this craft which is almost an art. Dozens of carts waiting to come to life fill a large room. I can only imagine how much they are going to be transformed by Michele’s skilled hands. While he is at work, lost in his own world, his cat gently moved around the jars of paint and snuggled up on his lap. What a cozy picture! Enveloped by the pungent smell of the acrylic I find myself being transported along with him.
